Anxiety, Depression, and Life Transitions

In my work, I strive to help people discover new patterns and ways of being that bring greater joy, calm, and a healthier sense of self. I believe everyone deserves the tools to feel grounded, connected, and empowered. Depression and anxiety can create obstacles to this, and therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more at home within oneself and in the world. This work can include:

  • Person-centered, relational connection

  • Identity work, including but not limited to cultural, ethnic, religious, racial, gender, and sexual identities

  • Infertility

  • Family changes

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Psychoanalysis

  • Art Therapy

  • Collaboration with psychiatrists and other parts of the care team

  • Psychoeducation and coping skills
