Anxiety, Depression, and Life Transitions
In my work, I strive to help people discover new patterns and ways of being that bring greater joy, calm, and a healthier sense of self. I believe everyone deserves the tools to feel grounded, connected, and empowered. Depression and anxiety can create obstacles to this, and therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more at home within oneself and in the world. This work can include:
Person-centered, relational connection
Identity work, including but not limited to cultural, ethnic, religious, racial, gender, and sexual identities
Infertility
Family changes
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Psychoanalysis
Art Therapy
Collaboration with psychiatrists and other parts of the care team
Psychoeducation and coping skills
